Attention grabber
Switch on Show an attention grabber to show a small picture and a short line next to the bubble, such as your photo with “Questions? I’m online 👋”. Paste the address of a square picture under Image address, add the text and choose Show after (seconds). It hides once the visitor opens or closes the chat.

The WhatsApp card opens WhatsApp with your number, for visitors who prefer it. More in WhatsApp chat button for websites.

FAQ
Can I remove the LiveChatBot name from the chat?
The chat header shows your website name, and a small “Powered by LiveChatBot” line sits at the bottom. That line can’t be removed at the moment.
Can I use my own chat button?
Yes. Hide the bubble and open the chat with LiveChatBot.open() from any button.
Does the colour change the full-page chat link too?
Yes. The chat link and the inline chat use the same colour.
